We are overjoyed to share these pics and news! Society Bakery opened Texas’ FIRST FULL BAKERY FOOD TRUCK March 30th in San Antonio! We consider this truck our third location. There is an actual FULL SIZE Blodgett convection oven ON the truck where we bake cupcakes, whoopie pies, M&M cookies, and sugar cookies. The food truck also has a gorgeous display case that the kids really enjoy (adults, too) – so they can see what they are about to try!
The amazing Cruising Kitchens out of San Antonio ran with our ideas, gave us some of their own – and built our dream come true. The truck, or as we like to call her – Ms. America, spends much of her time at an established (the first food truck park in SA), kid friendly – and beloved food truck park called Boardwalk on Bulverde. We are open Friday nights 6 -9 pm, Saturday 12-3 pm and 6-9 pm, and Sunday from 12-3 pm.

Speaking of San Antonio – the city, hometown of the founder’s Mom and home of Grandma – has welcomed Society Bakery with open arms. FOX San Antonio asked us to be on their morning show and San Antonio Express Newspaper has written about the truck and the bakery twice. We are humbled and honored to also have received 5 star reviews from several Elite yelpers. Please come visit us! Beginning in May, we will also be accepting custom orders Monday-Saturday.
Five new flavors also debuted this month – mostly because our customers requested them! We have so much fun listening to input and then baking and experimenting! The new flavors are peanut butter and jelly, and 4 different versions of salted caramel! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!
Finally, a HUGE thank you to PEOPLE Magazine for featuring Society Bakery as one of four top bakeries across the country in this edition of PEOPLE Country!!!
Thank you everyone for allowing us to serve you and fill your tummies!
